Returns Policy

At The Wine Room KT8, we take great care in selecting and storing our wines to ensure quality and enjoyment. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• The wine is faulty or damaged upon arrival

• You received the wrong item

• The wine is corked or otherwise spoiled (subject to assessment)

• You notify us within 14 days of purchase or delivery

We do not accept returns for:

• Wines opened and consumed (unless faulty)

• Change of mind after purchase

• Wines stored improperly after delivery

2. Online Orders

If your wine arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Insert Contact Email]

• Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable

• We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or credit once the issue is confirmed

Return shipping may be required for assessment. We’ll cover shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

3. In-Store Purchases

If you believe a wine purchased in-store is faulty:

• Bring the bottle back to The Wine Room KT8 within 14 days

• We may ask to inspect or taste the wine before issuing a refund or exchange

• Proof of purchase is required

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you paid in cash, refunds will be processed in-store.

5. Events & Tastings

Tickets for events and tastings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. If you can’t attend, please contact us—we’ll do our best to offer a credit or transfer.
